Customer Relation Officer

• Meningkatkan penjualan produk kursus E1 melalui follow up customer dan kegiatan marketing di lokasi strategis
• Mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan
• Memberikan pengalaman belajar terbaik kepada murid dan orang tua murid selama kursus di E1 center
• Membangun dan menjaga relasi yang baik antara orang tua murid-E1 center-guest

Requirements : 

• Diutamakan yang berpengalaman minimum 1-2 tahun ditempat kursus sebagai staff yang handle customer/parents & students serta sering achieve target (Executive, Customer Service dan sejenisnya)
• Fast learner/menguasai hal baru dengan cepat & common sense/nalar/cepat tanggap
• Innovative/cepat adaptasi terhadap perubahan & strategi
• Problem solving & solutif untuk setiap case yang di handle
• Mampu bekerja dengan target dan jadwal kerja shifting
• Aktif, berjiwa kompetitif, inisiatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang excellent
• Service and target oriented
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales/promotor yang berprestasi (achievement minimal 75-80?ri target)
• Dapat berkomunikasi secara aktif dalam bahasa Inggris (intermediate/menengah)

 

English Teacher

• Plan & deliver the highest quality of lessons
• Ensure the student has the best experience possible
• Monitor student's development and communicate frequently with the parents
• Strive to develop professional skillset via attending workshops, training, and self-learning tasks

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or D3 (preferably majoring in English/Teaching)
• Strong English proficiency is a must (at least C1 level)
• Love being around students and care about their progress & development
• Well-groomed; the way you pay attention to yourself reflects on how you pay attention to what you do
• Well dressed; maintaining an attractive yet professional look is a plus
• Have a positive body language, attitude, and proper etiquette
• Flexible schedule: Willing to work between Monday-Friday (12- 9 pm) and/or Saturdays & Sundays (9 am - 6 pm)
• Having a TOEFL/IELTS Certificate is a huge advantage, so is having experience in

 

Marketing Communications

• Serve as marketing focal point for the group and E1 English 1 team in assigned Area. Liaise between E1 Central marketing team and E1 English 1 team to facilitate knowledge, understanding and implementation of national marketing tools in that capacity, frequent business travels within Indonesia is required
• Lead and educate the E1 English 1 team on marketing objectives, activities, goals and resources
• Consult and coach E1 English 1 team to enhance marketing effectiveness by creating an integrated marketing program rooted in strategic planning, with measurable goals, that delivers on business objectives
• Develop strong working relationships with E1 English 1 team and become a vital, strategic advisor to their center's business
• Equip E1 English 1 team with the knowledge and tools they need to properly guide their marketing strategies and measure resultsDevelop and deli
• ver data-driven recommendations that drive continuous improvement and fast change
• Review local creative and marketing activities to ensure compliance with E1 English 1 brand standards
• Direct E1 English 1 team to create marketing strategies that improve customer retention and drive new referrals to deliver long term, sustainable student growth

Requirements : 

• Relevant degrees and training in the fields of marketing or retail
• At least 1 years of experience in retail marketing management, Branding, and Business Development
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills and the ability to build strong relationship with franchisee, E1 English 1 team and Central team
• A good team player and strong ability to lead and motivate the team to increase sales
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales and marketing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (active)
• Ability in planning and forecasting through strong analytic skills in sales figures and insights
• Ability to manage finance, budget and performance reports

 

Teaching Assistant

• Assisting main teachers in developing lesson plans
• Assisting main teachers in handling Young Learners classes
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child
• Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and
  development
• Maintaining the teaching aids: flashcards, songs, etc.

Requirements : 

• English proficiency (at least B1 level)
• No classroom experience necessary
• University student in the last year/semester/fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Patient, energetic, detail-oriented
• Have positive attitude and positive body language
• Enjoy working with children

 

Progress Advisor

• Memantau kehadiran, progress, dan hasil belajar siswa secara berkala.
• Melakukan progress consultation dengan orang tua untuk membahas hasil belajar dan rencana pengembangan berikutnya.
• Menangani pertanyaan, masukan, dan keluhan siswa/orang tua.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim akademik untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan belajar siswa.
• Memberikan rekomendasi tindak lanjut (kelas tambahan, ujian, atau level berikutnya) sesuai hasil belajar.
• Mendukung kegiatan center seperti student engagement programs, event akademik, dan promosi internal.
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan siswa dan orang tua untuk memastikan Student Retention / Kelanjutan Siswa untuk tetap mengambil kursus level lanjutan.

Requirements : 

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (lulusan Psikologi, Pendidikan, menjadi nilai tambah)
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang layanan pelanggan, pendidikan, atau Sales menjadi nilai tambah.
• Customer, target and result oriented.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang kuat dan empati tinggi.
• Mampu handle banyak siswa secara bersamaan dengan perhatian personal yang baik.
• Disiplin, terorganisir, dan nyaman bekerja dengan sistem administrasi serta Report.
• Energik dan memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan anak dan remaja.
• Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan dengan jadwal libur bergantian.
