Positions:

IT Technical Support Specialist

General Requirement:

• D3, D4 or S1 (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

• Understanding basic IT knowledge

• Have a good communication skill (written and verbal)

•  Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software

• Have basic knowledge and skills related to Linux operating systems and networking

• Those selected to operate a data center as a DCO must be willing to work in 24/7 shift

Roles and Responsibility:

• This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews

• WFO in Jakarta

Positions:

Software Engineer Trainee Program

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least S1 in science, technology, engineering and mathematics

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Minimum GPA 3.25/4.00

• Have understanding in at least one programming language (Javascript, Python, etc)

• Must be domiciled in JABODETABEK or P.Jawa

**Terms & Conditions:

Applicants will have 6 months on the job training (OJT) and will be bound by Vostra Academy terms and conditions
