Sekarlite is looking for a strategic and experienced individual to join the team as a full-time Digital Marketing Project Manager.

POSITION: Digital Marketing Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU'LL DO):

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for all projects.

• Act as the main bridge between clients and internal teams.

• Develop content, campaign, and distribution strategies across platforms.

• Monitor performance, analyze data, and drive continuous optimization.

• Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Drive the team to achieve project goals and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS (WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR):

• Full-time position.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing / branding agency.

• Strong understanding of social media, campaign strategy, KOL ecosystem, and digital ads.

• Experience leading or coordinating teams is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good time management and execution discipline.

• Willing to work on-site at our production office in Yogyakarta.
