Qualification :

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, appropriate to the applied position.
• Experience in teaching or working with early childhood students is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively and create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication skills, high empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and simple editing to support teaching and learning activities.
• Willing and able to be based in Purwokerto, Central Java.

Position Specific Requirements :

• Counsellor: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Chinese (Mandarin) Teacher: Minimum HSK Level 4.

 

Primary

Qualification :

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field that aligns with the teaching position applied for.
• Prior experience teaching primary-level students is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• The ability to teach effectively, supported by strong classroom management and a patient, student-focused approach.
• Good communication skills, including basic English proficiency to support classroom interaction.
• Willing and able to be based in Purwokerto, Central Java.

Position Specific Requirements :

• English Teacher: Able to teach English effectively and implement structured learning programs with strong classroom management.
• Christian Teacher: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Christian Theology or a related Christian religious studies field.
• Mandarin Teacher: Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum HSK Level 4 is required.
• Physical Education Teacher: Minimum 1 year teaching experience is preferred; basketball coaching skills and portfolio are an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualification :

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field aligned with the teaching position applied for.

• Comfortable using basic technology to support teaching and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a school environment.
• Excellent communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
• Willing and able to be based in Purwokerto, Central Java.

Position Specific Requirements :

• Economy & Business Studies Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Economics Education is required, with the ability to deliver Economy & Business Studies instruction in English.
• English Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in English Literature or English Education is required.
• Mandarin Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Mandarin Education, or a related field is required, with a minimum HSK Level 4 certification.
• Math Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education is required.
• Pancasila Education Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Civic Education, Sociology Education, Law, or Political Science is required, with strong pedagogical competence and effective classroom management skills.
• Physical Education Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (PJOK) is required, with a basketball coaching portfolio.
• Science Teacher: A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry from either an education or pure science background is required.

 

Non Academic

1. Puchasing Staff
2. Mandarin Language Center Administrative Staff

Qualification : 

• Purchasing Staff: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Candidates with prior experience in procurement, inventory management, or financial operations will be highly preferred.
• Mandarin Language Center Assistant: A Bachelor's degree in any major. Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in office applications, digital tools, and online platforms to support efficient workflow.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willing and able to be based in Purwokerto, Central Java.
