Requirements :
- Indonesian Citizen
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a relevant subject area. Teaching certification or equivalent qualificaation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience; ideally within an IB or international school environment.
- Experience with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) Curriculum is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusice and supportive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and the IB mission.
- Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
