Qualifications:

Experience minimum 1 year in call center (Inbound, Outbound and Handle Media Sosial

Communicative

Willing to work in Shifting including weekend and Public Holiday
Responsibility:
-
Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond to Email
-
Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media
-
Provide Customer about Product and Service Information
-
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
-
Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
-
Complete All Call Logs
-
Updating Customer Profile into computer
-
Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
