SEKARlite is currently looking for a driven and target-oriented professional to join the team in the Jakarta office.

POSITION: Business Development Officer (Creative Sales)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct accountability for achieving the company's sales targets.

• Proactively identify and secure new business partnerships and project opportunities.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses for both existing and prospective clients.

• Initiate contact with potential clients and cultivate long-term, high-value customer relationships.

• Maximize customer satisfaction by proactively resolving concerns and managing feedback.

• Evaluate market potential, track sales performance, and provide comprehensive status reports to the leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in Marketing or Sales within the Creative/Digital industry is preferred.

• Proven track record in developing high-impact proposal decks and delivering winning pitch presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets exceeding IDR 400 Million (Junior) or IDR 1 Billion (Senior).

• Proficiency in managing sales activities, regular reporting, and maintaining post-sale relationship management.

• You will be working in the Jakarta office (occasional business travel, fully reimbursed).
